By extending the world-leading transactional content management capabilities of ApplicationXtender to Apple® iOS and Android™ mobile devices, MAX untethers users from the PC-based environment in which their ApplicationXtender system is currently being utilized. MAX provides users the freedom to access and interact with their ApplicationXtender document repository on-the-go, and the ability to capture new documents using their mobile device and upload them into the repository.

MAX - Cloud Kiosk

The MAX Cloud Kiosk is an all-in-one, touch-screen document capture appliance that scans directly to the cloud without being connected to a computer. Feed a document into the scanner and, with a single touch, it's transmitted to a folder, a software application or to our cloud, Nebustore. It just doesn't get much simpler than that.

The foundation of the MAX Cloud Kiosk is the Fujitsu fi-6010N duplex color scanner. It's small footprint (13" x 17") makes it easily deployable wherever paper is prevalent in your organization. The device's large 8.4" color LCD touch screen provides one-touch scanning functions as well as the ability to preview images for instant verification and quality control. Data entry tasks are easily completed with the built-in keyboard and the MAX Cloud Kiosk scans batches quickly - up to 60 images per minute - in monochrome or color.

Where would you like your images and data to go? The destination options are virtually limitless. Our professional services team will configure the MAX Cloud Kiosk to transmit images and data to any preset location of your choice. The captured information scans directly into your content management software or line-of-business application. The scanned images can also be directly faxed or sent as e-mail attachments.

The stylus driven, wirelessly-connected tablet allows direct uploading of completed forms to your repository or NebuSTORE - anywhere, anytime! Our professional services team will design, develop, and install your forms directly on the tablet for immediate access. For those times when you are out of wireless coverage, completed forms will be stored in local memory until a connection can be established.

This ultra-lightweight tablet is the perfect device for those who routinely do work in the field. Fill out your digital forms, and upload them to the cloud without ever touching a single piece of paper!

This solution allows you to take any information, convert it to a text-based PDF, and burn it to a professionally printed disc – with no more effort than printing a piece of paper. Teamed up with one or more Rimage disc producers, the MAX Rimage Printer creates an automated, centralized, and reliable disc production solution that integrates instantly with any document management system or other piece of software.

The real beauty of the MAX Rimage Printer lies within the simplicity of its design. You simply select 'print' within any software program, choose the MAX Rimage Printer from your list of available printers, and name the record you are adding to the disc. You can repeat this process until you have added all necessary records and are ready to produce the final product. With one more click, the job will be sent to your Rimage for immediate disc creation. Simple, right?
